WHO CAN ENTER THIS PROMOTION?

This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom including NI, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. Purchase and internet access required.

HOW DO I ENTER THIS PROMOTION?

To enter the promotion, you must purchase a promotional pack of 4 x 250ml WKD Blue cans or 10 x 250ml WKD Blue cans featuring a unique code between 15th April 2024 and 26th August 2024 and retain your original itemised till receipt as proof of purchase. Each separate entry requires a unique code. Then you need to visit www.wkdpromotions.com and enter your unique code and personal details to find out instantly if you are a winner. Your unique code can be found on the inside of your pack.

HOW LONG IS THE PROMOTION RUNNING FOR?

The promotion opens for entries at 00:00:00 on 15th April 2024 and closes for entries at 23:59:59 on 26th August 2024.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A WKD PRODUCT TO ENTER?

To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a promotional pack of 4 x 250ml WKD Blue cans or 10 x 250ml WKD Blue cans featuring a unique code.

THE MICROSITE DOESN'T RECOGNISE MY CODE OR TELLS ME IT HAS ALREADY BEEN ENTERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you've previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE READING MY CODE, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact the customer service team by email at info@wkdpromotions.com with proof of purchase and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 12th August 2024.

MY COMPUTER / THE WEBSITE CRASHED AS I WAS ENTERING THE PROMOTION, HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'VE ENTERED SUCCESSFULLY?

A valid entry has been made if you enter a unique code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen saying whether or not you are a winner and confirmation of your prize.

HOW ARE WINNERS NOTIFIED?

If you are a winner, you will be notified online immediately after entering your unique code and personal details. If you are a winner, you will also receive an email within 14 days confirming your win and which prize you have won. The winner of the cash prize will be contacted by the Promoter’s Prize provider by phone call to the number provided upon entry within 28 days.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY WIN NOTIFICATION EMAIL; DOES THAT MEAN I'VE NOT WON?

Please double check your spam folder and if it's not there please contact the customer service team at info@wkdpromotions.com to check if you are a winner.

I THINK I MIGHT HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY DETAILS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you believe you may have entered your details incorrectly, you can contact the customer service team by email at info@wkdpromotions.com with details of your query. If your prize is not already out for delivery, we may be able to update your delivery details.

ARE MY DETAILS SECURE ON THIS WEBSITE?

This encrypts the data that you send and receive from the site during the registration and login processes.
